孢子丝螺旋，直或柔曲。孢子卵圆形、长圆形，表面光滑。菌落黄色、金黄色或褐黄色，色素不渗透。气丝淡黄色、微白色或浅灰带黄色调。察氏琼脂上气丝毛状，白色带黄色调。无可溶色素。淀粉铵盐琼脂上基丝好，黄色。淀粉琼脂：气丝灰黄色。基丝丰茂，黄色。肉汤蛋白胨琼脂：气丝白色，基丝黄色。可溶色素无或微褐色。明胶液化。牛奶凝固并胨化。
