孢子丝螺旋,直或柔曲。孢子卵圆形、长圆形,表面光滑。菌落黄色、金黄色或褐黄色,色素不渗透。气丝淡黄色、微白色或浅灰带黄色调。察氏琼脂上气丝毛状,白色带黄色调。无可溶色素。淀粉铵盐琼脂上基丝好,黄色。淀粉琼脂:气丝灰黄色。基丝丰茂,黄色。肉汤蛋白胨琼脂:气丝白色,基丝黄色。可溶色素无或微褐色。明胶液化。牛奶凝固并胨化。
