G-,细胞具有圆端的短杆状,丛生鞭毛运动,单个或成对排列。利用葡萄糖、蔗糖或果糖产乙醇和CO2,利用山梨醇,不发酵麦芽糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、木糖。不还原硝酸盐,不液化明胶,接触酶阳性。
