| 背景说明: | 小鼠白细胞介素-15受体亚单位α，又称IL15ra，是白介素-15的高亲和力受体。IL15ra以异三聚体的形式与IL-2受体β和γ亚基(公共γ链或γc)结合，启动信号转导。它可以在顺式和反式中信号，其中IL15R从一个细胞的子集呈现IL 15到邻近的IL2RG表达细胞。IL15ra在特殊细胞中表达，包括多种tand B细胞和非淋巴样细胞。人IL15ra与受体小鼠的氨基酸序列同源性为45%。已鉴定出8种IL-15RαmRNA的亚型，这是由于涉及不同外显子的选择性剪接事件所致。 |
