| 背景说明: | NKG2-D型整合膜蛋白(NKG2D)是属于CD 94/NKG 2家族的Ⅱ型跨膜糖蛋白。NKG2D表达于NK细胞、CD8+α-β细胞和γ-δT细胞.它作为一种激活和共刺激的受体，在自身肿瘤细胞和病毒感染细胞表面与各种细胞应激诱导配体结合后参与免疫监视。它对活化杀伤(NK)细胞提供刺激和共刺激的天然免疫反应，从而产生细胞毒活性。它促进穿孔素介导的消除配体表达的肿瘤细胞。信号转导涉及钙内流，最终表达TNF-α.NKG2D参与NK细胞介导的骨髓移植排斥反应和NK细胞的存活。它与MHCⅠ类相关糖蛋白亚家族的配体结合，包括MICA、MICB、RAET1E、RAET1G、ULBP 1、ULBP 2、ULBP 3(ULBP 2>ULBP 1>ULBP 3)和ULBP 4。 |
