| 背景说明: | 转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)是肽生长因子超家族的原型，在细胞周期进展、细胞分化、生殖功能、发育、运动、粘附、神经元生长、骨形态发生、伤口愈合和免疫监测等多种细胞过程中发挥着重要作用。转化生长因子-β1、转化生长因子-β2和转化生长因子-β3信号通过相同的异聚受体复合物，由配体结合的转化生长因子-β受体Ⅱ型(TβR-II)和转化生长因子-β受体Ⅰ型(TβR-I)组成。从受体到细胞核的信号转导是通过Smad介导的。TGF-β在软骨、骨、牙齿、肌肉、心脏、血管、造血细胞、肺、肾、肠、肝、眼、耳、皮肤和神经系统中均有表达。 |
