| 背景说明: | 粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一种支持粒-巨噬细胞祖细胞体外集落形成的生长因子。它是由不同类型的细胞(包括活化的T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、内皮细胞和成纤维细胞)对免疫和炎症刺激的细胞因子产生的。除粒细胞-巨噬细胞祖细胞外，GM-CSF也是红系、巨核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞祖细胞的生长因子。成熟的造血，单核/巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞。GM-CSF对非造血细胞具有一定的作用。它能诱导人内皮细胞迁移增殖。此外，GM-CSF还能刺激多个肿瘤细胞株的增殖，包括成骨肉瘤、癌和腺癌细胞系。 |
