| 背景说明: | 胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF 1)属于胰岛素样生长因子家族，与胰岛素原具有结构同源性。成熟的IGFS是通过对含有N端和C端前体区的非活性前体蛋白进行蛋白水解而产生的。成熟的人IGF-Ⅰ由70个氨基酸组成，与小鼠IGF 1的同源性为94%，具有跨物种活性。IGF 1与胰岛素受体IGF-1R、IGF-2R及胰岛素受体结合，在细胞周期进程、细胞增殖和肿瘤发展中起关键作用。IGF 1的表达受生长激素的调节。 |
