背景说明: | C-C基序趋化因子17(CCL 17)是一种新型的CC趋化因子,属于趋化因子β(趋化因子CC)家族。CCL 17在胸腺中高表达,在肺、结肠和小肠中表达较低。CCL 17也在受刺激的外周血单个核细胞中瞬时表达。在CC趋化因子家族成员中,CCL 17与RANTES、MIP-1α、MIP-1β、MCP-1、MCP-2和MCP-3具有24~29%的氨基酸序列同源性。CCL 17被认为是T淋巴细胞的趋化因子,而不是单核细胞或粒细胞。CCL 17在胸腺T细胞发育、成熟T细胞的转运和活化中起着重要作用。 |
