| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-12亚基β(IL-12B)属于Ⅰ型细胞因子受体家族。它包含1个纤维连接蛋白Ⅲ型结构域和1个Ig样C2型结构域。IL-12B是一种作用于T细胞和自然杀伤细胞的细胞因子，具有广泛的生物学活性。IL-12是由IL12B编码的40 kD细胞因子受体和IL12A编码的35 kD亚基组成的二硫键连接的异源二聚体。IL 12由活化的巨噬细胞表达，巨噬细胞是Th1细胞发育的重要诱导剂。它对于维持足够数量的记忆/效应因子Th1细胞对细胞内病原体的长期保护具有重要意义。 |
