| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-18(IL-18)是一种分泌蛋白，属于IL-1家族.IL-18是一种促炎细胞因子，由巨噬细胞和其他细胞产生.该细胞因子可诱导T细胞产生IFN-γ。这种细胞因子与IL 12的结合已被证明能抑制IL-4依赖的IgE和IgG 1的产生，并促进B细胞的IgG2a的产生。IL-18结合蛋白(IL18BP)能特异性地与该细胞因子相互作用，从而对其生物活性产生负调节作用。自然杀伤(NK)细胞和某些T细胞经IL-18刺激后，释放另一种重要的细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)或II型干扰素，在激活巨噬细胞或其他细胞中起重要作用。 |
