| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-36γ(IL-36γ)是白细胞介素1细胞因子家族的成员，包括三个密切相关的基因：IL-36α，β和γ，以前分别称为IL-1F6、F8和F9。IL-36α在神经元和滑膜组织中均有表达，而IL-36β和IL-36γ在包括呼吸道在内的皮肤和粘膜上皮细胞中均有表达。IL-36β和IL-36γ分别刺激人和小鼠先天免疫细胞(如角质形成细胞和树突状细胞)和适应性免疫细胞(中性粒细胞和T细胞)的增殖、成熟和/或细胞因子表达。IL-36α的活性由白细胞介素1受体样2(IL1RL2/IL1R-rp2)介导，并被白细胞介素1家族成员5(IL1F5/IL-1Delta)特异性抑制。IL-36γ在向周围细胞传递细胞死亡过程中起着重要的作用. |
