| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-13受体亚单位α-1(IL13RA1)是白细胞介素13受体的一个亚单位。该亚基与IL4受体α形成受体复合体，IL13和IL4受体共有一个亚基。人IL13-Rα1原是根据与小鼠IL 13-Rα1序列同源性克隆的，其氨基酸序列同源性为76%。人IL 13-Rα1基因编码427个氨基酸(AA)残基前体蛋白，编码21 AA残基信号肽，324个氨基酸残基胞外区，23个氨基酸残基跨膜区和59 AA残基细胞质尾。IL 13-Rα1的胞外结构域与IL 13-Rα2的胞外结构域也密切相关，与白细胞介素13(IL 13)的亲和力较低。IL13RA1是IL 13受体的主要结合亚基，也可能是IL4受体的一个组成部分。该蛋白可与酪氨酸激酶TYK 2结合，从而介导IL 13和IL 4诱导JAK 1、STAT 3和STAT 6激活的信号转导过程。 |
