| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-17是活化记忆T细胞产生的一种有效的促炎细胞因子.在人类和老鼠中至少有六名IL-17家族成员。IL-17与IL-1和TNF-α具有共同的特性，可引起关节炎症和骨软骨破坏.这种细胞因子存在于类风湿关节炎患者的滑膜液中，由类风湿关节炎滑膜产生。增加IL-6的产生，诱导胶原降解，减少滑膜和软骨的胶原合成，减少软骨中蛋白多糖的合成。IL-17也能增加骨质破坏并减少其形成。用特异性抑制剂阻断白细胞介素-17可以保护软骨和骨退化. |
