| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素18结合蛋白(IL-18bp)是一种通过与IL-18受体结合位点结合的生理抑制剂。IL-18刺激INF-γ，然后通过NF-κB刺激18 bp的产生。IL-18和IL-18 bp之间的相互作用在炎症过程中起着重要作用。IL-18bps有四种异构体，a、b、c和d，它们以不同的方式连接。IL-18 bp亚型a和c各含有一个类似免疫球蛋白(Ig)的C2型结构域，这对结合蛋白的结合和中和性质至关重要。IL-18BP异构体b和d缺乏完整的Ig结构域。IL-18和IL-18bp在脾脏等免疫组织中表达，在包括角质形成细胞在内的非免疫细胞中也有表达。 |
