背景说明: | 人趋化因子(C-C基序)配体8(CCL 8)是由人MG 63骨肉瘤细胞产生的。CCL 8的氨基酸序列与MCP-1和MCP-3的同源性分别为62%和58%.三种MCP蛋白均为单核细胞趋化剂。CCL 8具有趋化作用,可激活多种不同的免疫细胞,包括肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性细胞,这些细胞与过敏反应有关,单核细胞、T细胞和NK细胞参与炎症反应。CCL 8通过与CCR 1、CCR2B和CCR 5等几种不同的细胞表面受体结合而发挥其作用。 |
