| 背景说明: | 趋化因子(C-X-C基序)配体9(CXCL 9，MIG)是属于CXC趋化因子家族的一种小细胞因子。CXCL 9是趋化因子受体CXCR 3的三种配体之一，是一种主要存在于T细胞上的G蛋白偶联受体。它与CXCL 10和CXCL 11一起，可以通过绑定来激活CXCR 3。CXCL 9是一种细胞因子，影响参与免疫和炎症反应的细胞的生长、运动或激活状态。已经观察到肿瘤内皮细胞分泌高水平的CXCL 9，在大多数黑色素瘤转移中分泌CXCL 10。MOMA-2+巨噬细胞是CXCL 9的主要受体来源，受体CD4淋巴细胞是CXCL 9持续产生和发展的必要条件。 |
