| 背景说明: | 骨形态发生蛋白受体II(BMPR-II)是一种II型丝氨酸/Threonine激酶，介导细胞对BMP的应答。BMPR-Ⅱ的特点是缺乏GS结构域，存在典型的II型受体的C端延伸.在没有I型受体的情况下，BMPRII与BMP 2、BMP 4和BMP 7的结合较弱，I型受体(包括BMPR-IA/Brk 1、BMPR-IB和ACTR-I)的存在可促进BMPR-Ⅱ与BMP 2、BMP 4和BMP 7的结合。BMPR-Ⅱ在细胞生长中起关键作用.BMPR-Ⅱ的缺陷与原发性肺动脉高压有关.人和小鼠BMPR-Ⅱ高度保守，氨基酸序列同源性达97%. |
