| 背景说明: | C-C基序趋化因子5(CCL 5)是一种β-趋化因子，通过其吸引和激活白细胞的能力，在炎症免疫反应中起主要作用。CCL 5由多种细胞在炎症部位分泌，通过受体CCR 1、CCR 3、CCR 4和CCR 5发挥广泛的作用。由于巨细胞病毒蛋白US 28对CCL 5的固存，炎症反应可能受到损害。CCL 5在糖胺聚糖上的寡聚是CCR 1介导的白细胞粘附和活化以及CCL 5与趋化因子CXCL 4/PF4的相互作用所必需的。CCL 5在活化的血管内皮细胞上的沉积对单核细胞与受损血管的粘附至关重要，但CCL 5寡聚对粘附性白细胞的外渗并不是必需的。 |
