| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-17B(IL-17B)是IL-17细胞因子家族的成员，在宿主防御反应和炎症性疾病中发挥重要作用。除IL-17B外，IL-17家族成员包括IL-17A、IL-17C、IL-17D、IL-17E和IL-17F.6种IL-17细胞因子在C端高度保守，含有5个介导二聚的空间保守半胱氨酸残基。IL-17B蛋白在神经元、睾丸、卵巢、胃、胰腺、小肠和软骨细胞中均有表达。IL-17B与白细胞介素-17受体B(IL-17Rb)结合，诱导炎症细胞因子的产生和炎症免疫细胞的浸润。 |
