G+C content 72.3 mol% (12758), 69.65 mol% (24035). (Medium 830 (dilute 1:5), 28°C). Resuspend freeze-dried pellet in 1 ml of Medium 830 (1:5) and spread 0.5 ml on one agar plate. Add 4 ml medium to the the other 0.5 ml and incubate.
