| 背景说明: | 小鼠白细胞介素-4(IL-4)是一种单聚Th2细胞因子，在免疫应答过程中表现出多向性效应。它是一种糖基化多肽，含有三个二硫桥联蛋白，并采用捆绑的四个α螺旋结构。IL 4通过两种受体复合物发挥其作用，参与至少几种B细胞的活化过程以及其他类型的B细胞活化过程。IL 4主要由Th2偏倚的CD4+T细胞、肥大细胞、嗜碱性细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表达。它能促进小鼠B细胞的增殖、存活和免疫球蛋白类转入IgG 1和IgE，促进NA？ve CD4+T细胞获得Th2表型，促进肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性细胞的启动和趋化，促进上皮细胞的增殖和活化。IL？4在过敏性炎症和哮喘的发生发展中起主导作用。它还调节淋巴细胞和单核细胞IgE低亲和力Fc受体(CD 23)的表达。 |
