| 背景说明: | EGFR是一种跨膜糖蛋白，是蛋白激酶超家族的成员。该蛋白是表皮生长因子家族成员的受体。EGFR是一种与表皮生长因子结合的细胞表面蛋白。蛋白质与配体的结合导致受体二聚和酪氨酸自磷酸化，并导致细胞增殖。激活至少4个主要的下游信号级联，包括RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK、PI3激酶-AKT、PLCGam-PKC和STATS模块.也可能激活NF-κ-B信号级联。此外，它还直接磷酸化其他蛋白质，如rgs 16，激活gtp酶活性，并可能将EGF受体信号与G蛋白偶联受体信号连接起来。 |
