| 背景说明: | 白血病抑制因子(LIF)是一种淋巴因子，通过抑制胚胎干细胞的自发分化，促进胚胎干细胞的长期维持。LIF还具有多种活性，包括胆碱能神经元的分化、干细胞多能性的控制、骨脂肪代谢、某些因子依赖性细胞系的有丝分裂和促进巨核细胞在体内的产生。人和小鼠成熟的LIF在氨基酸水平上具有78%的同源性。人LIF在人和小鼠细胞上同样活跃。与人LIF相比，小鼠LIF在人体细胞上的活性约低1000倍。 |
