| 背景说明: | 胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF 1)属于胰岛素样生长因子家族，与胰岛素原具有结构同源性。成熟的IGFS是由含有N端和C端前体区的非活性前体蛋白经蛋白水解而产生的。由70个氨基酸组成的成熟人IGF-Ⅰ与小鼠IGF-Ⅰ的同源性为94%，具有跨物种活性.胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)与胰岛素受体(IGF-IR)、胰岛素受体(IGF-IR)和胰岛素受体(IGF-IR)结合，在细胞周期进程、细胞增殖和肿瘤胰岛素样生长因子-1的表达受生长激素的调节。R3IGF-1是IGF-1的83个氨基酸类似物，由一个Arg(R)取代第3位的Glu(E)，从而取代了N端的13个氨基酸延伸肽，构成完整的人IGF-1序列。R3、IGF-1是以提高生物活性为目的而产生的.R3IGF-1的体外活性明显高于人IGF-Ⅰ. |
