| 背景说明: | 人白细胞介素1家族成员7(IL1F7)是白细胞介素1细胞因子家族的成员之一。有五种不同的剪接转录体变异，编码不同的异构体，并有不同的表达谱。最长的IL1F7转录本称为IL1F7b或IL1F7亚型1，编码218个氨基酸残基，其中含有45个氨基酸前肽，裂解后生成成熟蛋白。IL1F7b与IL18Rα结合，亲和力低，但不产生IL 18激动剂或拮抗作用。IL1F7b还与白细胞介素18结合蛋白(IL-18bp)结合，这是白细胞介素18(IL-18)的一种抑制性结合蛋白，并与IL 18受体β亚基形成复合物，从而抑制IL-18的活性。 |
