| 背景说明: | 白细胞介素-20受体亚单位β(IL20Rb)是一种Ⅰ型膜蛋白，属于Ⅱ型细胞因子受体家族。它包含2个纤维连接蛋白Ⅲ型结构域.II型细胞因子受体有两种：结合Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型干扰素的细胞因子受体；结合白细胞介素-10家族成员的细胞因子受体(白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-20和白细胞介素-22)。Ⅱ型细胞因子受体与Ⅰ型细胞因子受体相似，只是它们不具有具有Ⅰ型受体特征的特征序列WSXWS。它们在某些细胞表面表达，这些细胞与一组特定的细胞因子结合和反应。这些受体主要通过细胞外部分的序列相似性来联系，这些部分由串联的Ig样结构域组成。Ⅱ型细胞因子受体的胞内结构域通常与属于Janus激酶(Jak)家族的酪氨酸激酶有关。 |
