| 背景说明: | 血小板源性生长因子B亚基(PDGFB)属于PDGF/VEGF生长因子家族。血小板源性生长因子是来源于间充质细胞的一种有效的有丝分裂原.PDGFB既可以作为一种同二聚体(PDGF-BB)存在，也可以作为一种与血小板衍生生长因子α多肽(PDGF-AB)的杂二聚体存在，其中二聚体通过二硫键连接。作为一种生长因子，它在胚胎发育、细胞增殖、细胞迁移、存活和趋化等方面起着重要的调节作用。它是中枢神经系统、皮肤、肺、心脏和胎盘周细胞和血管平滑肌细胞正常增殖和再生所必需的。PDGFB在创面愈合中也起着重要作用。 |
