| 背景说明: | 趋化因子(C C Motif)配体26(CCL 26)是一种新的小细胞因子，属于CC趋化因子家族，参与免疫调节和炎症过程。CCL 26在胸腺中表达，但仅在植物血凝素刺激的外周血单个核细胞中瞬时表达。它通过与趋化因子受体CCR 4相互作用，特异性地结合和诱导T细胞趋化作用。Eotaxin-3/CCL 26与Eotaxin-1和Eotaxin-2一起选择性激活CC趋化因子受体3(CCR 3)。Eotaxin-3-CCR 3相互作用可能在过敏性疾病如特应性皮炎和支气管哮喘中起重要作用。Eotaxin-3全长cDNA编码94个氨基酸，推测信号肽为23个或26个氨基酸残基。重组Eotaxin-3的71个氨基酸残基和68个氨基酸残基在诱导人CCR 3转染细胞的趋化性方面具有同等的作用。与大多数其他CC趋化因子不同，Eotaxin-3定位于人类染色体7q11.2，位于Eotaxin-2基因座的40千碱基内。Eotaxin-3和eotaxin-2是独一无二的，因为它们是迄今为止发现的唯一可映射到7号染色体的趋化因子。 |
