| 背景说明: | 基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)是一种趋化因子。SDF 1被表达为仅在C末端尾部不同的五个亚型。SDF 1α与SDF 1β除存在于SDF 1βC-端的4个残基外均相同，但不存在于SDF 1α中。SDF 1亚型在细胞表面与CXCR 4和CXCR 7受体相互作用，并能与syndecan 4结合。众所周知，SDF 1能影响淋巴管生成，调节神经祖细胞的形态和细胞数量，促进血管生成。它还能增强髓系祖细胞的存活。 |
