| 背景说明: | IL-5表达于嗜酸性粒细胞、NK细胞、TC2 CD8+T细胞、肥大细胞、CD 45+CD4+T细胞、γδT细胞和IL-1β激活的内皮细胞。IL-5是B细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的生长和分化因子.相对于B细胞，IL-5可诱导活化的常规B-2细胞分化为分泌Ig的细胞.此外，它还能诱导B-1祖细胞的生长和B-1细胞产生IgM，IL-5对嗜酸性粒细胞具有一定的作用。其中包括Mac-1的下调，IgA和IgG受体的上调，脂质介质(白三烯，C4和PAF)分泌的刺激和颗粒释放的诱导，IL-5还促进嗜酸性粒细胞的生长和分化。 |
