| 背景说明: | 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF/VEGF-A)最初被称为血管通透性因子(VPF).它属于PDGF家族，由8个保守的半胱氨酸残基组成的半胱氨酸结结构，被认为是胎儿和成人血管生成和血管生成过程中的一种强有力的中介。VEGF在垂体视上、室旁核和脉络丛中表达，在卵巢黄体和肾小球中表达丰富。大鼠VEGF蛋白含有20个氨基酸(AA)信号肽，选择性剪接大鼠VEGF基因可产生120、144、164和188 AA的亚型。大鼠VEGF 164与小鼠和人VEGF区域的氨基酸同源性分别为97%和88%。VEGF可与FLT 1/VEGFR 1、KDR/VEGFR 2受体、硫酸肝素和肝素结合，在诱导内皮细胞增殖、促进细胞迁移、抑制凋亡、诱导血管通透性等方面发挥重要作用。 |
