菌种说明: | <- R.-M. Wittich; RW10. Soil samples; Germany. Type strain. Taxonomy/description (10965). Produces muconat cycloisomerase II (23935), trans-dienelactone hydrolase (23936). Utilizes salicylic acid, 4-chlorosalicylic acid, degradation of 2- and 3-chlorodibenzofuran in coculture with Sphingomonas sp. DSM 12677 (see DSM 7390) (7652). Biotransformation of 4-chlorocatechol (23935). (Medium 457 with 0.8 g/l sodium salicylate, 30°C or Medium 1, 30°C. Rehydrate and grow freeze-dried material from the ampoule in liquid medium 1. Subsequent subculturing may be carried out on medium 1 agar plates or in mineral medium with salicylate.). |
