<- NCMB <- R.A. Lewin, H-43 (Microscilla tractuosa). Beach sand; Vietnam, Nhatrang, South China Sea (1446). Type strain. Taxonomy/description (1300, 1446, 1447, 1448, 14194). Sequence accession no. 16S rRNA gene: AB078072. (Medium 172, 25°C). 与模式菌株Marivirga tractuosa DSM 4126(T) CP002349 相似性为 95.88%；在2216E培养基上28℃生长4天，菌落呈圆形,橙黄色透明,表面光滑湿润,边缘规则,无晕环,中央凸起，直径约1mm。在MA培养基上28℃生长7天，蛋白酶呈阳性（12/38）、脂酶（三丁酸甘油酯）呈阴性、淀粉酶呈阴性。 |
