Dubos Salts Medium
NaNO3 0.5 g
K2HPO4 1.0 g
MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g
KCl 0.5 g
FeSO4·7H2O 10.0 mg
Agar 15.0 g
Distilled water 1.0 L
Adjust pH to 7.2. Autoclave at 121℃/15 min. Dispense into slopes. When the agar has solidified, place a strip of sterile fiter paper on to the surface of each slope. Inoculate on to the filter paper.
