载体简介

pCgpV慢病毒包装载体能够在不需要病毒浓缩的情况下直接生产高滴度病毒。pCgpV载体含有来自HIV的gag/pol核苷酸序列。载体含有氨苄抗性,可以轻松利用大肠杆菌进行质粒扩增。pCgpV载体常常和载体pLICO和pVSVG封闭载体。
