pSH65质粒载体简介

Plasmid is part of the " DEL-MARKER-SET ". For an individual plasmid order use accession number P30122.

Transformed E.coli cells are resistant to ampicillin. The plasmid contains the cre recombinase gene under control of a GAL promoter. Transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae are resistent to phleomycin.

The pSH65 plasmid is usefull to express the cre recombinase under Galactose control. loxP flanked deletion markers will be removed from yeast deletions.
