pAAV-RC2质粒 pAAVRC2载体简介

pAAV-RC2是一个腺相关病毒包装质粒,携带了Cap和Rep基因,可与pAAV-MCS和pHelper质粒一起包装成腺相关病毒。

这个7.3kb的载体含有CAP和REP基因,这些基因可以产生产生传染性病毒所需的衣壳和DNA复制蛋白将该载体共转染到包装细胞系中,制备重组的复制缺陷型AAV病毒,pAAV-RC质粒含有AAV-2rep和CAP基因,分别编码复制蛋白和病毒衣壳结构蛋白。建立REP和CAP基因产物的正确表达水平是实现高滴度病毒生产的重要步骤。pAAV-RC从两个不同的启动子指导REP和CAP的表达,为每一组基因产物达到最佳表达水平。
