pET-23系列载体是一种转录载体,设计用于从克隆插入位点中携带的细菌翻译信号表达。因此,它缺乏存在于pET翻译载体上的核糖体结合位点和ATG起始密码子。pET-23系列载体具有C端T7His标签。独特的酶切位点在载体图谱中被标注出来。需要注意的是,这些载体序列是依据载体pBR322的方向来进行编号的,所以T7标签表达区域在载体图谱上是反向的。
